چکیده

In this paper, we consider the problem of recovery a burst-like forcing term in an initial value (IVP) framework dynamical sampling. We introduce idea using two particular classes samplers that allow one to predict solution IVP over time interval without burst. This leads different algorithms stably and accurately approximate even presence measurement acquisition error large background source.

Sampling-Based Motion Planning Algorithms for Dynamical Systems

Dynamical systems bring further challenges to the problem of motion planning, by additionally complicating the computation of collision-free paths with collision-free dynamic motions. This dissertation proposes efficient approaches for the optimal sampling-based motion planning algorithms, with a strong emphasis on the accommodation of realistic dynamical systems as the subject of motion planni...

Electromagnetism-like Algorithms for The Fuzzy Fixed Charge Transportation Problem

In this paper, we consider the fuzzy fixed-charge transportation problem (FFCTP). Both of fixed and transportation cost are fuzzy numbers. Contrary to previous works, Electromagnetism-like Algorithms (EM) is firstly proposed in this research area to solve the problem. Three types of EM; original EM, revised EM, and hybrid EM are firstly employed for the given problem. The latter is being firstl...

Fast Algorithms for Burst Detection

Events occur in every aspect of our lives. An unexpectedly large number of events occurring within some certain measurement (e.g. within some time duration or a spatial region) is called a burst, suggesting unusual behaviors or activities. Bursts come up in many natural and social processes. It is a challenging task to monitor the occurrence of bursts whose lasting duration is unknown in a fast...

Hill's Equation with Random Forcing Terms

Motivated by a class of orbit problems in astrophysics, this paper considers solutions to Hill’s equation with forcing strength parameters that vary from cycle to cycle. The results are generalized to include period variations from cycle to cycle. The development of the solutions to the differential equation is governed by a discrete map. For the general case of Hill’s equation in the unstable ...

Algorithms for Dynamical Fermions

This is the write-up of three lectures on algorithms for dynamical fermions that were given at the ILFTN workshop ‘Perspectives in Lattice QCD’ in Nara during November 2005. The first lecture is on the fundamentals of Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods and introduces the Hybrid Monte Carlo (HMC) algorithm and symplectic integrators; the second lecture covers topics in approximation theory and the...
